​AFTER HOURS /URGENT CARE

​We offer emergency services as much as possible during our normal working hours, however we are a general practice not an emergency clinic and have scheduled appointments as well. Please call our main phone line at (573) 364-7100 and our receptionists will advise if you should come in, contact one of the other veterinarians in the area, or call an emergency facility. If it is after regular business hours then our main line will give instructions to leave us a voice message or may prompt you to 24-hour emergency medical service providers. For our families sake we limit after hours care to our current clients, as well as ones from our shared clinics that are listed. If you are calling after 9pm we refer patients to fully staffed Emergency clinics. After hours emergency calls are shared with Dr. Chitwood from St. James Veterinary Medical Center and Dr. Janke from Rolla Animal Hospital.
